Joyce Lau, the founder, holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Leicester University of England.   She gained extensive software development experience after working almost 20 years in the computer industry. 

For many years, Joyce worked at Unisys Corporation as a System Software Engineer.   During those years, she worked with many talented engineers to design and build software which was bundled with other software as solutions for many large corporations.

Early in her career, Joyce worked on database kernel development and support, web based Repository IDE development and many other projects. In the past 8 years, Joyce has focused on distributed web development.  She has worked with teams to architect, design and develop multi-tier web based corporate portals.  These portals were integrated with databases and repositories. Some of these projects included integration with 3rd party software. These projects were developed in various technologies which include JSP, Java & J2EE, ASP, .NET & XML.   As a result of her team contributions while working as a System Software Engineer, Joyce won several Achievement Awards.
